1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LandMark OS™ (the ‘Platform’), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. License Restrictions

LandMark Capital, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or business use. You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute any content, kits, or materials without prior written consent.

3. Payments & Refunds

Service and product fees are non-refundable except where otherwise stated in writing. Stripe or third-party processing fees are always non-refundable. Customers may request a refund for eligible services within 14 days of purchase, provided no significant use or access has occurred. After this period, all fees are strictly non-refundable.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and using the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

LandMark Capital, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Referral Agent Kit

If you purchase or are granted access to the Referral Agent Kit, the following terms apply:

1. Referral Commission

Referral Agents are eligible to receive a commission of five percent (5%) on
qualifying sales made using the referral link provided by LandMark Capital OS™ LLC.

2. No Override Rights

Referral Agents do not earn override commissions on sales made by other
affiliates and are not considered licensees or operators.

3. Payment Schedule

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within thirty (30) days after the
close of each month, subject to minimum payout thresholds and payment processing requirements.

4. Termination

LandMark Capital OS™ LLC may suspend or terminate Referral Agent status at any
time, with or without cause. No further commissions will accrue after termination.

5. No Ownership Rights

Access to the Referral Agent Kit does not grant ownership, sublicensing, or
intellectual property rights in LandMark Capital OS™ LLC products, services, or materials.
